      The only pro working for this company is the that are snacks provided in the work space area

      Cons

      The downside of working with IIIEight Mangement is everything you could literally hate in a job only because of Kestahn. He’s a nice person dont get me wrong, but he’s not a good leader in my opinion and his attitude sucks

      You will build self confidence and sales knowledge and experience that you can’t learn anywhere else

      Pros

      A good job that you can grow in, A commission job, but you have a base salary Incase of anything. Good morale and Good team environment. Teaches you how to be a manager and how to make your own company.

      Cons

      There aren’t really any cons, you just need to have the motivation to want to do better for yourself.
