The current work environment lacks a healthy work-life balance, with staff often being called in at any time to fulfill unreasonable and unplanned demands. The Management and Liberal Arts departments, in particular, are facing serious issues in leadership and internal functioning. Capable and experienced faculty members are reportedly being pressured to resign, and there have been over 60 terminations in the past two months under similar circumstances. The newly appointed leadership appears to be lacking in competence and is exhibiting signs of insecurity towards qualified, creative, and experienced faculty members. This has reportedly led to instances of harassment and a toxic work culture. Overall, the atmosphere has become increasingly demoralizing and unprofessional.
