Without a doubt, people make the company, and this company has lots of great employees/coworkers. Majority of workforce is kind, approachable and willing to help. This company will also invest in its employees by way of continuing education and various classes.

Upward mobility can be very limited. Often beneficial to start at this company with background in banking or relatable experience. Would not consider HR helpful and/or caring, they are simply there to carry out duties. Recent layoffs indicate poor leadership, but difficult to identify whether it is specific individuals or a large group pulling the strings.

Less pay as highlighted in other reviews - no bonus , less increment Slow growth because quality of work is repetitive, and opportunity is below average Backward & slow compared to rest of startup industry (no big startups funded mostly small time ones) No training provided (such as coursera or access to IIM classes) Most jobs are admin type Management is same for long with no fresh ideas and lots of ego and partiality.
