Pros

Confusing and unstable work but the company itself is very stable financially so no lay offs. Very large company so potential to take on new roles. Very nice, fun, hard working peers.

Cons

CS is not viewed as important as evidenced by the pay differential between CS and other departments and so turn over is high. 2 week vacation for 5 years. No work from home option but for no evidenced reason which speaks to the mistrust and/or unimportance of employees. Poor management which leads to confusion, frequent change of plans and goals, inability to have autonomy in work, and lack of direction.

Pros

The company feels really small in that you get to know a lot of the people. Decent pay and you build great relationships.

Cons

The pay eventually caps out. The base pay could be more.
