      Good co-workers and job wasn't super stressful. Helpful co-workers and good onboarding process.

      Cons

      No WFH opportunities other than when it was COVID. Salary isn't good compared to cost of living.

      Pros

      The company feels really small in that you get to know a lot of the people. Decent pay and you build great relationships.

      Cons

      The pay eventually caps out. The base pay could be more.

      Great place to work, safety first, good employees and positive work environment

      Plant is hot (no climate control), Process can be dangerous if not properly trained
