Benefits; you pretty much don’t have benefits. No matter how long you have been employed here your benefits never change, or improve. They remain the same as the day you were hired. So if you have to take a leave they believe you will be able to sustain your home, bills etc with $214 a week and at the end of the month being short 1.2-1.4K. Yet no empathy.
Pay; your starting wage is $12 and $12.5 if you are bilingual however to have a pay increase they make it seem as you need to beg for this. They do not increase you a good amount either (.30c increase). The work here is underpaid and management from supervisors, to OM, PC is terrible
Performance coaches expect you to do their work and constantly get into your meetings with your provider to “audit “ and send you messages while you are scribing.
Not a place to work and the company should just loose everything to AI for not being empathetic to its employees
There is no growth opportunity, no learning. In the position u are hired for they will leave you for as long as you remain employees despite having good reviews and good scores on evaluations.
