Pros
1. All employees working here are in Comfort Zone and are not Forward thinking. Person with Dynamic personality (which is still quite basic) will not sustain in this company.
Cons
1. Zero Growth Plan for Employees, let it be Base Level or Higher Management Employees. 2. HR is Super unfaithful, specially Higher Management in this department only know how to Fool Employees. 3. This company knows how to save their Cost very well, so much that, they can extract Money from an Employees salary using Bogus Schemes. For Example, when I was with this company, they had an Insurance Scheme which was MANDATORY for all (MANDATORY!!!!), even if employee does not wants it. This continued until a Lady threatened to sue the company by writing to Consumer Forum. 4. Transport Facility is Pathetic. 5. Food Service is Super Bad, so much that Vendor changes almost every 2 months. 6. Zero Company Benefits, like no Quarterly Amount, No Annual Gifts or during any Indian Holidays. They save money here too. 7. HR lies on your face, They would promise you to pay incentives but with respective Company's performance, there is no Individual Performance Perks. I worked in this company for 3 years and received incentives only for one Quarter and rest Quarters were given Excuse that Company is not meeting Targets. This is so opposite as during Events with CEO it is clearly mentioned that Company is growing tremendously. 8. Competitors to this company provide better Salaries and Appraisals. 9. Even Individual Performance is bought down until you are Managers Favorite. All Licking Business. 10. Bottom Line is even you are looking to make your career, select the competitors but never this company. There are more to write about the company but this should tell you the rest and expectations.
