Often, after working with an employer for longer than a year, you start to experience things that you don't like. I have yet to experience that at Illes and I know that this is rare! I love the feeling that I can trust my boss, and truly appreciate that (they’ll) listen to my feedback and consider my ideas. My colleagues are fun to work with and strive to live by our mission and values. All levels of our organization, whether an executive or production worker, have exceptional employees who work hard and care for one another. It's a great culture where we celebrate holidays together, picnics, ice cream socials, etc., but also share in each other's highs and lows. We may face issues and challenges but, so far, I can honestly say that we persevere and overcome them as they come, striving to do what is right and continuously improving.

It's not a con really but we are constantly growing and changing. People will do well here if they are able to adapt and invest in us!
