Fabulous company - Anonymous employee ILMP Technologies Employee Review

I have been working with this company and i found there are good work life balance here if you complete your work on time. No pressure as such for anything if you complete your work honestly. I find everyone satisfied with work culture and work. This company is working on one of the big Fleet Management System in New York and the best part is that company is working on latest technology . So there are an excellent opportunity for people who are hunger to learn new technologies. Recent policy changed in every department has enabled more freedom to employees. Highly ethical and down to earth Management. Young and vibrant team leading the company. Personally , I am very impressed with the Founder of the company , his passion to take up the company far ahead , is clearly visible with his dedication. Highly Passionate focused and Dynamic personality.

I feel, Company needs to increase bench strength. Also Company should hire more domain experts.

No pros at all. The company was a sham

Starting from work culture to salary to liars and shameless management, everything was a con 1. Horrible work culture, they worked like a 'Lala Company' 2. The management is a bunch of liars. They did not give 2 months salary to the employees. Worst, they kept on deducting money from their pay in name of PF, and later everyone got to know that it was never even deposited 3. The management was so shameless that it openly told the employees to take any legal action they want, but they will not give the money 4. Not just they are liars and shameless, but I am amazed at the audacity of these people who devoured 2 months salary of all the people working there, they still have the guts to keep on writing these generous incorrect reviews to hide their misdeeds
