Pros

The onboarding is top tier-- welcome gift sent to your home, introductions to many of the studio members, training sessions, and overall feeling of being welcomed.

Cons

There was a company-wide survey distributed last year and it was glaringly clear that after the first six months most if not all employees become increasingly less happy as the rose-colored glasses come off. Also, at the latest kiki (company-wide on-site meeting) there was a lot of inappropriate behavior from male colleagues. I personally felt uncomfortable many times and will not attend any other meetings until this behavior is addressed. And no, mandatory sexual harassment training is not the solution to the problem. Related, IMC hired Shahrukh "Shark" Panjwani seemingly without doing a background check or simply googling his name. If you search his name you'll find threads on Twitter where others document his extremely inappropriate and unacceptable behavior towards women at events.

Pros

Pretty good pay. Work-life balance is usually great with a few exceptions for high season. Unlimited PTO.

Cons

Fairly difficult to move up internally, though strides have been made to improve this. No comfortable way to report HR-related incidents. Leadership issues on c-suite level.
