Pros
iM3 used to be in a bit of a bad state management and organization wise however with the new GM and the Managers in place now, over the year I have been here things have improved soo much. The people here are wonderful and care about their job and care about the people they work with. We've gone through, and continue to go through, major clean up and improvement efforts. Computers and major software has been upgrade, the management team has restructured and continues to find improvement opportunities to make day to day life there more efficient and often a lot easier on the staff. They've improved the training programs and are even sending people internationally for training. They really are investing in their people and want people to be happy to work here and want to stay. I have not worked anywhere before that people are so appreciative of your efforts and are just super great to work with.

A lot of ongoing projects and clean up efforts right now so its a little chaotic sometimes but nothing to difficult
