      Flexi hours make a massive difference to work/life balance and general mental wellbeing Mental health day in the year Free breakfast! Beer on tap Amazing and inspiring people

      Cons

      Less easy to get pay increases outside of review window, regardless of merit

      Pros

      Free breakfast bar Free city centre (parking on a first come first served basis) Building is quite cool Free Cake Wednesdays, free hot breakfast sandwiches once a month. Medical benefits through bupa.

      Cons

      Very hard to progress. Can be expected to work long hours. Poor organisation. Too many ‘cooks’

      Some of the people are ace Decent coffee for a quid

      Worst pay Bad work- life balance Culture is invisible Treat people like numbers , they don't care about staff Not sure they know how to run the thing No chance of progressing unless youre buddies with the VIPs Focussing on global domination instead of uk office Trapped in corporate pay review structure constantly
