TERRIBLE ENVIRONMENT! - Vice President Sales IMAT Solutions Employee Review

IMAT Solutions is a smaller company but they offer great benefits and it is a very supportive work environment. Good pay and great flexibility.

Smaller teams make work prioritization difficult at times.

I disagree with the other post, I currently work here and I would give this company a much higher review. There are problems just like any place, but the company is very happy to let you learn and grow. Letting you take on projects that help you learn to improve yourself in your career as well as the company. Plus unlike the pictures above we actually have all brand new chairs. :) They also have a strong bonus of a fully stocked kitchen replenished every Monday. You just have to obviously work in the state and be in the office to enjoy them... We are a thriving company with all of our clients implemented and are going strong.

There could be better communication between the high end management and employees. Specifically with balancing what work needs to be done versus the available workforce to get it done.
