      Pros

      It is the best place to begin with, when you are e student. You learn a lot from the senior staff, you get to know a lot of people and you can use this connection in the future, when IMB doesnt work for you anymore.

      Cons

      When they are low on sailing, staff is cut down. That situation is really stressful.
