Pros
It has been great years working for them. To keep it real. yes, management can be messy sometimes, but they are constantly trying to change. Lots of employee engagement proggramme, friendly environment and great working hours as long as you get your work done (depends of the time of year and project on hands)
Cons
change in management means re-organization and causes personal growth to be stagnant.
