OK. Thank you for the review. I would like to address each of the issues that you have raised. First, you need to accept that the company provides IT Consulting services. We are not Amazon or Facebook.
Your offer was given based on a flat salary. Why are you meddling with billing rates? You wanted to do a trojan horse by getting in with a flat salary and negotiating all the benefits (example H1B filing and GC filing). Once these were fulfilled, you tried to bait and switch and wanted to make your pay dependent on billing rate. Is your behavior acceptable? You can not have everything and not allowing us to make any profit. No company can run without reasonable profit. How did we end up stealing the money when you negotiated to work on a flat salary basis? We should be pulled up if we did not pay your fixed salary. Your posting is confusing as it not clear if the company is your real employer.
In your case you were without a Job and would have lost your status. We found a job for you and kept you in status. First, you should be thankful to us that we found you a job during pandemic. Instead of showing anger on your previous company, you are showing anger on a company that has put you in status. Where is the anger against the company that laid you off? Your previous company did not even sponsor for your Green card. Why?
Let me address your statement "If you get a better deal ......".
You wanted to work on two projects concurrently for 80 hours a week. This would have put your work with the current client in jeopardy. We refused to do that. This is essential cause for your unhappiness. You have twisted this in many ways in your posting to make us look bad. You found a way to work on the second position without our involvement. Why are you so unhappy with that? We can not be your accomplice in everything you want to do.
In consulting, the company (BDMs) do their best to find you a project. These are unusual times where the contracting positions are limited. The BDMs asked you if you could reach out to anyone in your network to put in a parallel effort. Who is lazy here complaining about not looking for a position? I know that you feel entitled . When you moved from full time job we explained how IT services works. If you were able to manage staying in your full-time position you would not have to be in consulting.
If you are already working for a client we would expect you to full fill the obligation towards that client. You can not be a mercenary jumping contracts every week just because someone paid you some extra dollars. If you want to do that you should work as a freelancer and not for a company. You should look to work with companies like Upwork that promotes freelancers. You do not fit into our model. I would suggest that you should resign immediately and start working as a freelancer. What is stopping you to work as a freelancer? If you are talented, why not do that? If a client is needing you so badly you can become a full time employee with the client. Why go through us? If you need immigration benefits, most of the clients are sponsoring or you can find another sponsor than us.

You are making an anonymous posting and not being brave to discuss your issue in person. The positive reviews are always good. By default we are thankful to them. What needs to be addressed are the negative reviews. that are untruthful.
We have more than 400 employees working across the world. They would not be working if we were not enabling their goals. You should definitely look for another opportunity and move on as you are not happy with us.
IMCS is not a typical consulting company that will do whatever a consultant asks us to do. If we do everything that you ask us to do, we are called good for that moment. If we do not bend as it is not in the best interests of the client, we will get dinged by people like you. We have to balance between the needs of our clients and the employees. Employees want maximum billing rate and clients want to pay only based on skill set. If someone wants a high billing rate the skill set should be top notch. You have a chance to demonstrate to the client that your skills are top notch.
