Need to be hardworking to get your sales comm & incentive. Increment depends on your commit revenue not based on your contribution of previous year. Previous year achievement only for incentive or bonus.
Cons
Cannot depend on leader to get leads. Have to find own to survive. Not much benefits for employee. Some leaders not competent.
