The company has high rate of employee turnover and growth appears to only come from buying new companies. Have not seen growth from existing client relations. This is concerning as focus is more on increasing stock price in the short term from buying companies and not focusing on engineering and staying in touch or ahead of trends. Ready to make a change in employment before things get worse
