Pros
Culture, benefits, growth potential From day one, I've felt welcomed and challenged. Each day is different and I'm not doing the same thing day in and day out. I've had a chance to visit some of the other offices and feel the same way about each location.
Cons
I don't really have any complaints. Every workplace has its challenges, I think the pros out weigh the negatives.
