Upper level management is a joke. The company wants to screw you every chance they can. Long hours with average pay. The whole thing is a pyramid scheme. You can only advance if you buy into the company. No one really cares about you or the work that you're doing. The company goal is to raise the stock price by purchasing more companies whether they are good companies or not.
