Thought the years and lately the culture within the academy makes it a special place. At IMGA opportunities are there not just for the student athletes but also to its employees and heartbeat. IMGA is a place where real impact can be made when you combine resources, with talented team members and eager student athletes supported by their families.

The students, they all have a goal in mind and they will work hard to get there. They are generally kind and positive and that makes it easier to come to work. I love my team of teachers in my subject, we all work great together and everyone is helpful, it also makes it enjoyable to be at work with that support.

Letting anyone in - I think that this is making IMG not as ""special"" If you are going to grow the population you have to make the school building bigger. Parking is a nightmare. For the cost of school teachers have to get paid more - do more for teacher retention.
