1. Extremely low analyst salaries for a company based in Arlington, VA (previously based in DOE headquarters at Washington, DC.) Analyst salaries start at $43k yearly, which is way below the minimum for the DMV.
2. Low to 0 growth opportunities due to management pyramid.
3. Only accrue around 3hrs of PTO per paid period.
4. Team leads are not appropriately trained to manage people.
5. Ideas and suggestions are not heard by some team leads which causes employees to go above them and directly to the supervisor.
6. We cannot have direct communication with our clients which slows down resolution times.
7. Job is very repetitive and mind-numbing at times.
