Pros
Some verticals in the business are very successful and have adapted well to the new ownership culture and expectations. High level of corporate debt has meant each vertical must deliver year on year income growth. Some great people in IMG, some senior management are very skilled and good managers
Cons
Some senior managers in some verticals have been in the business for most of their career and don't have the skill to adapt to the new culture. The vertical is now starting to perform slowly compared others. This can cause problems if an individual with a fresh outlook on how to deliver against objectives is out of step with the old school approach to business
