It’s refreshing to work in an environment where management listens and values new ideas. The work culture is collaborative and respectful. There are also solid opportunities for growth. If you’re willing to take initiative and perform, your efforts are recognized. Based on my personal experience, this was not a positive place to work. Job security felt very unstable, and employees could be let go at any time. The work environment felt unsupportive, with no clear career guidance, structured training, or opportunities for growth. The overall culture did not feel healthy or employee-focused. Basic workplace considerations did not meet my expectations. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a supportive or growth-oriented work environment.
