      Pros

      Great Teamwork, everyone works together and does what is right for the customer/client. A great atmosphere to work in. Team leaders were great!

      Cons

      Sometimes working for a smaller organization presented its challenges in getting the proper resources at the right time for when the customer required them.

      Pros

      Very thorough, timely, and transparent communication style. Very classy leaders and staff that care about people and their development. Awesome team spirit. They care about customers and clients and invest in the success of each.

      Cons

      Wish they'd get more publicity for how very good they really are. This observation is actually a positive factor because they do not self-promote. Otherwise it's difficult to think of a negative thing.
