Pros
IMRI is a good company and the hard work that you put in won't go unnoticed.
Co-workers are extremely friendly and do what they can to help you if you ask for it. My managers are transparent and do not point fingers if mistakes are made. Instead, they try to work with you to figure out how to improve processes to ensure that these mistakes aren't repeated.
The employee package (healthcare, vision, dental, 401k, PTO) is fair/reasonable.
Cons
I would not change anything on my end. I am quite happy here.
