Pros
The laid back work environment, cafeteria, the fitness center/showers, the flexible schedule, and above all, health and life benefits, and the thought of the good outcome of the patients that get treated with out equipment.
Cons
Lack of direction and accountability. There is no real managed structure in certain departments where structure is everything. The leadership is more worried about getting things done quick rather than doing it right and making sure it's well thought out and documented properly. Documentation needs major attention.
