Pros
I've worked for small, medium and large corporations. Also worked for myself for a few years. Nevertheless, I've never been surrounded by the level of talent and passion that this company possesses. There are true rock stars and executives that could be running Fortune 500 companies within this org. Yes, it is a fast paced environment. Yes, it is very sales driven. Yes, it isn't for everyone. But if you are driven, have a strong work ethic and love being at the forefront of what's happening in digital media, I've seen very few places that offer the opportunities and career path (Global in scope) that IMS offers.
Cons
Not great on the WFH aspect. Also, some people get burnt, but that is not the company's fault (see other reviews here - to me that just shows disgruntled ex employees or trolls who were let go because of poor performance).
