      The only Pros a supportive manager who always has your back

      Cons

      The pay is not good & there are no rewards or recognition for performance. No appraisals. Products are outdated and the process to update them is slow and requires management approval. No work life balance

      No PROS AT ALL HERE

      Cons

      The organization struggles with poor leadership and unprofessional management. Almost everyone in top management seem unqualified and lack basic respect and professionalism when dealing with staff. Employees are often expected to work extra hours and even on weekly offs with no appreciation or compensation. All decisions are handled by a small group at the top and terminations can happen suddenly. Salaries are also far below industry standards.
