      Pros: Supportive leadership that actually listens and backs you up Strong ethics with residents, vendors, and teams—do the right thing culture Clear processes (POs, audits, life safety) without killing flexibility Growth opportunities if you raise your hand; real mentorship Benefits and work-life balance are better than most in multifamily

      Cons

      Busy seasons are truly busy; bring your A-game and a planner Cross-department tools can feel clunky during transitions (typical of the industry)

      Pros

      Work life balance, never bring the job home. PTO is decent. Depends on your property but overall good culture.

      Cons

      Yearly raises are minimal and barely noticeable. Just like any other corporate job you're just a number to them. The company is money hungry leaving you to deal with the unhappy residents. Policies are sometimes unfair to residents & staff.

      Pros

      one of the top paying employers, very easy to talk to anyone in the company.

      Cons

      health insurance is WAY to expensive. especially for a company this size. Very micro managed. only contribute 50% up to 6% would like to see a lot more then that.
