      Pros

      Efficient training department with a lot of incentives to be and do better! Great work-life balance, competitive pay and they make you feel valued not just a number. I have 5 years working in this industry and IMT is by far the best company I have worked for.

      Cons

      The only con is that they don't have many properties in my city, which meant not many career opportunities but aside from that, they are great!

      Pros

      Work life balance, never bring the job home. PTO is decent. Depends on your property but overall good culture.

      Cons

      Yearly raises are minimal and barely noticeable. Just like any other corporate job you're just a number to them. The company is money hungry leaving you to deal with the unhappy residents. Policies are sometimes unfair to residents & staff.

      Pros

      one of the top paying employers, very easy to talk to anyone in the company.

      Cons

      health insurance is WAY to expensive. especially for a company this size. Very micro managed. only contribute 50% up to 6% would like to see a lot more then that.
