Yearly raises are minimal and barely noticeable. Just like any other corporate job you're just a number to them. The company is money hungry leaving you to deal with the unhappy residents. Policies are sometimes unfair to residents & staff.

health insurance is WAY to expensive. especially for a company this size. Very micro managed. only contribute 50% up to 6% would like to see a lot more then that.
