      Great Culture Solid Compensation Work-Life Balance

      Cons

      Manager provides inconsistent directions and questions why you did something the way you did it... when they told to do it that way. They often deny ever telling you to do the task the opposing way. Manager speaks to some staff in a condescending manner.

      Pros

      Work life balance, never bring the job home. PTO is decent. Depends on your property but overall good culture.

      Cons

      Yearly raises are minimal and barely noticeable. Just like any other corporate job you're just a number to them. The company is money hungry leaving you to deal with the unhappy residents. Policies are sometimes unfair to residents & staff.

      Pros

      one of the top paying employers, very easy to talk to anyone in the company.

      Cons

      health insurance is WAY to expensive. especially for a company this size. Very micro managed. only contribute 50% up to 6% would like to see a lot more then that.
