Pros

I have been working for this company as a Character Artist for a year and a half. It is a great and honest company. Robert, the CEO, is a kind, approachable, and sincere person at all times. From the very beginning, I accepted the conditions, having read the contract. We are working very hard to secure funding to develop the game we are working on. We are more than 30 artists, including modelers, concept artists, animators, and programmers. We are putting our hearts into this project because we believe in it and know it will be a great game. It is a challenging time for the industry, but we do not lose hope. I see that some people do not understand the conditions, even though they are very clear from the start, and these people spread lies about the studio. No one has ever been deceived. We work hard and without funds because we are passionate about this project. It is unfair that people's lies try to undermine our work. Perhaps the problem with these people is their lack of passion... They are only driven by money, and if they do not receive it immediately, they turn into horrible people who launch smear campaigns against the company and Robert. We are still here, working as a team and rowing against the tide to achieve our goal. And we will achieve it.

Cons

The only problem is that we are unfunded. But not for a long time...

We've made it clear in our emails, our interviews, and our legally binding agreements that we are a start-up company and have no access to a budget yet to make payments. That is coming. We do not control the investor’s or publisher’s timing. Only they decide when budgets are released.
