Pros

Office is near the MRT.

Cons

- They make you think you're part of the "family" when in reality it's only a certain type of people will make it into the "family". Have seen others trying to fit in real hard but failed. - Leader is good with sharing vision but reality will paint a different world. - Toxicity can range from toxic positivity from management, passive aggressive culture, subtle guilt-tripping that constantly make you doubt yourself and performance, and better treatment that only comes when you're part of the "family" - If you're not part of the "family", you might just be better off finding a better company (like the many who left) or died (internally) by just trying to survive with this "family".

Pros

There are many opportunities to broaden and improve your skillset whether you come from a traditional public relations background or not, due to the diverse clients and the different needs each client has, you will be able to develop and expand your skillset. Experienced team members will be there to assist and guide you as you face each new challenge and experience.

Cons

The work can get overwhelming at times so good time management and prioritising tasks as well as remaining productive and efficient is key in order to complete tasks on time at a satisfactory level.

Pros

- There are.. some amazing people in the office, who really know their stuff. So, if you're lucky to work them, you also get to learn from them.. - A lot of collaboration and teamwork, with opportunity to own things even if you're a junior team member. - Quite a bit of high-profile clients... you'll get to work with them if you're lucky. - You'll grow very very fast cause everything is so fast-pace.

Cons

- Fast as hell. - Long working hours, but i guess that's just #agencylife - Not all managers are of the same standard/calibre
