      very nice people good techstack no hustle getting vacation or free time

      Cons

      very few people, so if you like to teams this is not really the place no regular raises, difficult to get

      Adressiert den aktuellen Bedarf an AR und MR Lösungen, keine großen Hirachien und jede Stimme ist gleichberechtigt.

      Cons

      Dadurch das jeder was sagen möchte bzw. mitentscheiden möchte, kommt man hier teilweise nur sehr langsam voran. Das es keine Hierarchien gibt muss man mögen.
