Horrible place to work - No life & work balance - Stop 8+ hours work - Customer Service Representative INDIGO Group Employee Review

Where to start: They do not offer any hybrid system. You will always have to go to their office, spending tons of time commuting. The office is not close to any Skytrain. You will have to walk 15 minutes from the sky train station. On top of that, the office work time is long. Forget social life. Forget life and work balance. It's just horrible. You will be spending almost 9 hours at the office. They do not treat their employees like humans. They forced us to work 8 hours. Good thing I left this horrible place.
