Lots of opportunity to grow. If you're looking for a small to mid sized company with a solid reputation and tons of expertise within management, this is a great place to work. They provide everyone with an equal opportunity to grow into more senior roles.
Cons
At times it feels like their is a bit of an old school mentality which is may not be appealing to some. If you're use to this and work well when there structure in place, then this may be the place for you.
