Pros

They have a competitive salary with a high 401K matching and bonus, but you have to stay there for three years.

Cons

INEOS process control group is a group with high turnover rate. People leave 6 to 8 months because of terrible management and equipment. The lack of equipment makes the work unbearable. Imagine working on a 1990 computer, just terrible for an organization that spends millions on sport sponsorship. INEOS DCS is also known for making race based promotions. Promotions are usually given to Caucasian descent rather than merit. Several workers have left due to this bias. At one point, several complains were made, but the manager, who is Caucasian, was protected. The manager would make you do Alarm Management presentations and they get all the credit. Just like the colonial days, always stealing ideas from people. In summary, if you are a minority, I do not recommend working here, as the will stymie you career progression.
