      Startup, a lot of work needs to be start from scratch but there are will be supports from other sites to help. The team are very supportive as well

      - Have to always be agile/flexible due to changing global business climate - Lots of outdated lab space, but that’s being upgraded - Area is suburban and quiet; downtown happenings are about 20 minutes away
