The people at the lower levels i.e. mechanical and test techs, some engineers and R&D people are helpful and generally nice to work with until the typical daily stress sets in
Cons
Management from the very top down as well as the culture has become incredibly rotten over the last few years. This used to be an amazing company but the new CEO has destroyed this once great culture by promoting moronic, self-serving despots in nearly all management roles and undermining the many brilliant techs and engineers who actually keep them afloat. They've either fired or run most of their best employees out in the past few years and I have little doubt the company will take a huge fall in the near future. Many of us refer to INFICON as a sinking ship now, with a ever larger growing hole in it foundation.
