      1. 5 days work week 2. Friendly Environment/ Culture 3. Various festival celebration 4. Co-Operative management and seniors In short, a very good working environment and learning experience for beginners who would like to work on contractual basis.

      Pros

      Good Work culture not that much pressure of work as compare to other company. The people are also very supportive and work environment. What ever you will learn here that is all about library only and different open source software related to libraray.

      Cons

      Poor management in celebration of festival and sports week as compare to other company. No Diwali bonus or Gift only one box of sweet.
