Pros
You get paid on time, that's pretty much it.
Cons
-Low salary and no annual increases, never. They will increase the mandatory percentage required by law and reduce/eliminate your benefits. Your final salary will always be the same from day one until your last day. - No personal development, not even the ones granted by law. They will come up with a random excuse to avoid paying for it. - Lack of opportunity and respect for employees, you either be quiet or get fired. The company conduct is based on harassment and intimidation (over the phone of course, they will never write anything that could incriminate them). - The company makes no investment in training its employees. They will send you a PDF file in a language most people don't understand, force you to sign it and then gloat that you've been trained in whatever subject the file was. - Management is clueless about technology. They don't even know what skills are necessary to cover an specific position. - Too many others to list
