      Pros

      I was a full time employee for 5 years in various positions in Belgium. Good salary package and lots of job opportunities (although you do have to fight for them).

      Cons

      Depends a lot on the department you're in. Very large organisation so it seems like you're just a number a lot of the times. Some of the people are (very) boring (again, depends on the department you work in)
