• flexible rto and wfh schedule (depending on team) • competitive salary • suki card / medicine benefit • 14th month pay • a lot of fun PNG's (sports guild, etc) and very active too! • morning/midshift. Very rarely does a team have a graveyard shift •can work while on vacation
Cons
•internal progression in career can take a while, sometimes not at all. •attrition is high due to work load •my team was a bit unprofessional/toxic • some team cultures can be a culture shock
