Belgium KYC department - Management is demanding and out of touch. Politics in this department is very evident High focus on external hires rather than developing internal talent Management sometimes demonstrate lack of trust towards its employees Performance doesn't really matter, as long as you have close ties with a manager/upper manager, you have a higher chance at getting promoted
