Pros

None. I wish I could leave zero stars

Cons

Non-payment & Ghosting: The company has failed to pay for completed work. After multiple follow-ups regarding my compensation, management has completely ghosted all communication. This is not just unprofessional; it’s unethical and a blatant disregard for labor standards. Excessive Overtime: There is a total lack of boundaries. Expect to be pressured into working late hours and weekends with no recognition or additional compensation. Toxic Management: The leadership team is disrespectful and dismissive. There is no support for employees, and the environment is built on exploitation rather than collaboration. Lack of Communication: They will demand 100% of your time but will give you 0% transparency in return. Lack of Integrity: Management lacks the most basic professional ethics. They will use your creativity and labor to build their brand and then discard you without pay.
