Pros

Fully remote, it gives some flexibility.

Cons

Back then, they tried to hire immigrants whose lives "depended" on that position. They offered very low pay. If you're not a newcomer, it's hard to accept, but if you're a newcomer, you'll probably be fine with it.

Pros

Excellent work environment, the workload corresponds to hours expected to be worked, great communication between team members, initial training was very complete and the manager was always available to solve questions and clarify processes.

Cons

Overall it was a very positive experience, it is a small company that is growing and still standardizing procedures but I found it very organized and with great potential.

Pros

It's very hands-on , less bureaucracy and office politics. Flexi-hours and work schedules. The employer is result oriented. You don't need to be sitting behind your desk to 'prove' that you are actually working.

Cons

Smaller company vs other larger more well established immigration companies in Canada.
