Pros
The company is a semi-government company, and has immensely experienced and knowledgeable advisors and staff at the top level. The company has potential to build on this foundation and become a leader in its field of expertise. Opportunities to multi-task and gain knowledge in varied fields which can be helpful in the development of the employee. The working hours are good and flexible and this is the one highlight that stands out.
Cons
As said in the Pros section, the company lacks foresight and isn't building on its foundation. It isn't thinking big, conservative mindset can only take you to the next block. If you want to reach the next state you'll have to trust your employees and equip them with skills and confidence. The expectations of the Top Management are too high which aren't practical. This has lead to the middle and top management to sell themselves to the board by putting the blame on their juniors. The company neither has a huge clientele to boast about nor does it have successful projects in the fields they claim they have expertise. There is an HR Policy for the company but none in the company knows about it except the Top Tier. The cheap practice of buttering and showing off are qualities that could give you chances to grow and be in the good books of the middle management. The remuneration and perks are low for the junior staff (the ones who carry the bulk of the workload) and has a middle class mentality. No company can grow without investing on their employees.
