Pros
You need to be responsible enough, as you manage your work time and work load mostly on your own. As long, as your work is done, everyone is happy :) Amazing team events, branding clothes, mental therapy, friendship atmosphere. Definitely recommend!
Cons
It wasn't a problem for me, but for some of the people it was hard to be on remote all the time. Be ready to see your coworkers only twice per year. Which makes sense for a digital company :) If you want to have a career growth, make sure to ask what are the possibilities for you. There is a chance, that your potential is bigger than the company can offer for your position.
